This project started out as the final assignment I did in Judith Wilde’s design principle class. We were asked to create a map visual solution to represent ourselves and how we travel through the city everyday.
I used to live on Roosevelt Island, a very special place in New York City. Its special location made my daily commute experience very different and challenging than others’. So I decided to make this everyday journey into this board game. Players would run into problems that I have encountered myself in real life. They will get to experience what it’s like to commute from an island on East River.
